Position Overview:

Highly experienced and execution-oriented Infrastructure Architect to lead the design, planning, and delivery of enterprise infrastructure solutions across hybrid environments. This role combines strategic architectural leadership with deep hands-on technical expertise in Windows Server , VMware , RHEL , Active Directory , Terraform , and Jenkins .

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in infrastructure modernization , OS upgrades , server migrations , and Go-Live execution , with a strong understanding of regional network site architecture and interdependencies. This role also requires active participation in Steering Committees (SteerCo) , problem management , and escalation handling , ensuring alignment between infrastructure strategy and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and maintain the enterprise infrastructure architecture roadmap, ensuring scalability, security, and operational efficiency.
• Lead the end-to-end design and execution of infrastructure solutions across Windows, Linux (RHEL), and VMware platforms.
• Provide architectural oversight and hands-on support for infrastructure automation using Terraform and Jenkins .
• Drive and govern migration planning , including dependency analysis, connectivity requirement , risk mitigation, and stakeholder alignment.
• Lead server Go-Live planning and execution , ensuring readiness, validation, and post-deployment stability.
• Collaborate with network teams to assess and optimize regional site connectivity , latency, and failover strategies.
• Participate in and contribute to SteerCo meetings , presenting architecture decisions, risks, and progress updates.
