- Responsible for the complete and satisfactory execution of the entire construction project.
- Coordinate all project information between the field, office, senior management, and the entire project team.
- Provide leadership, support, and training to the project team.
- Assist in the development of project staffing plans and assignments.
- Assist in the procurement of subcontractors and suppliers.
- Oversee subcontractors quality of work and coordination among trades.
- Ensure job site safety and security systems are in place and operating.
- Ensure all materials are delivered properly and on time, following submittal and procurement procedures.
- Oversee subcontractor schedules.
- Monitor cost reports for adherence to budgets.
- Establish and maintain relationships with all project participants, including the owner, owners representative, design professionals, and subcontractors.
- 5+ years of experience as a Construction Project Manager at a general contractor.
- Experience supporting government construction projects.
- Proficiency in project management, construction management, and coordination.
- Experience with ICRA.
- Experience in pay application and subcontractor pay voucher preparation.
- Experience in project CPM schedule development, updates, and time impact analysis.
- Experience in change management processes.
- Experience in material and equipment fabrication & delivery tracking.
- Experience in subcontract administration and enforcement.
- Experience in prime contract administration & adherence.
- Experience in complex issue negotiation & resolution.
- Experience in subcontractor buyout process.
- Experience in job status report, profit plans, and forecasting management.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- US Government Clearance is a plus.
