Position Overview:
Title: Licensed or Mid Level to Experienced level Electrician
Type: Full-Time (W-2 position) -
Location: All of O'ahu including occasional outer-island projects
Schedule: Monday to Friday (occasional Saturdays/overtime as needed)
Start Date: Immediate openings available

Compensation:
$35 $50/hour
(Based on experience, license status, and technical ability)
Weekly payroll
Overtime opportunities

Responsibilities & Duties:

As an electrician with Empire Electrical, your responsibilities will include:
Installing electrical systems in residential, commercial, and industrial settings
Performing service upgrades, panel replacements, and sub-panel installs
Bending and installing conduits of all types and pulling/terminating wire
Reading blueprints, schematics, and one-line diagrams
Troubleshooting and repairing electrical issues safely and efficiently
Installing solar PV systems, batteries, EV chargers, and emergency power systems
Wiring and setting up automatic transfer switches (ATS) and emergency power systems
Leading or assisting with jobsite coordination and keeping projects on schedule
Ensuring all work meets NEC and local code requirements
Maintaining a clean, safe, and professional work environment

Requirements:
4+ years of verifiable electrical experience (Minimum of 2 years)
Hawaii Electrical Journeyman License (Preferred but not required)
Familiarity with the 2020 NEC and local code
Valid drivers license and reliable transportation
Own hand tools, standard cordless equipment, and Jobsite readiness
Strong work ethic, punctuality, and professional attitude
