Position Type: Full-Time.
Location: Richmond, IN (4 days onsite, 1 day WFH).
Position Title: IT Infrastructure Engineer.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support and configure Microsoft 365 tools (OneDrive, Teams)
- Manage and troubleshoot video conferencing systems (Crestron, Extron, Polycom, etc.)
- Use PowerShell for automation and configuration tasks
- Provide technical support and optimize cloud storage (Dropbox/OneDrive) and telephony systems (Avaya)
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth system operations
Required Qualifications:
- Strong experience with Microsoft 365, especially OneDrive and Teams
- Expertise in Audio/Video systems (Crestron, Extron, Polycom/Poly, Datapath, Kramer)
- Proficiency in PowerShell scripting
- Familiarity with Dropbox, OneDrive, and Avaya telephone systems
- Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills
- Bachelor s degree required (This role will eventually transition into a managerial position)
