Note: The hourly rate for this position is $25 - $27 / hour. This range is a good-faith estimate based on factors such as relevant skills, experience, education, training, geographic location and other considerations permitted by law. Responsibilities:

  • Install and set up multiple residential furnaces in accordance with manufacturer specifications and local code requirements
  • Assist in the layout and installation of ductwork systems, including cutting, measuring, and securing ducts
  • Run and secure vent piping through rooflines, ensuring proper sealing and safe exhaust routing
  • Rough-in HVAC systems, including placement of air handlers, line sets, and refrigerant piping
  • Support team in system testing, pressure checks, and pre-commissioning preparation
  • Maintain job site cleanliness and follow safety protocols at all times

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years of hands-on HVAC experience (residential or light commercial)
  • Proficient with furnace installation, ductwork layout, and vent pipe installation
  • Ability to read and follow blueprints or mechanical drawings
  • Comfortable working on ladders, rooftops, and in confined spaces
  • Familiar with rough-in procedures for HVAC systems
  • Must have basic hand and power tools for the trade
  • Reliable transportation to and from job site
  • Must be able to work full shifts and lift 50+ lbs as needed PPE required: hard hat, safety glasses, gloves, and work boots
  • Must meet all safety standards and follow site protocols
