Who we are looking for

We are looking for a Laser Operator (2nd Shift) to join our production team in Avon, OH. This is a hands-on manufacturing role responsible for operating laser machinery, supporting part fabrication, and ensuring product quality. We're looking for someone reliable, detail-oriented, and ready to contribute to a fast-paced production environment.

2nd shift: 4 ten hour shifts, 4pm-2:30am

What you will get to do

• Operate laser and related equipment safely and accurately
• Load and unload parts and materials into machines
• Monitor machines during operation and detect any malfunctions
• Assemble and process parts according to specifications
• Inspect finished products to verify conformance to quality standards
• Record production and operational data as needed
• Follow all safety and quality procedures consistently
• Support general manufacturing tasks as needed on the shop floor

What you bring to the team

• High School Diploma or GED preferred
• Previous manufacturing or machine operation experience a plus
• Ability to understand and follow verbal and written instructions in English
• Basic math and counting skills
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to safety
• Willingness to work 2nd shift and operate in a team-based environment
