- Ensure the creation and adherence to installation site safety procedures and conduct regular audits.
- Address and resolve challenging situations with customers, contractors, and team members.
- Oversee project execution and deliverables, ensuring safe, high-quality, and timely installation.
- Interpret project schedules, milestones, and deliverables, and develop installation work plans and schedules.
- Organize and guide installation resource plans to meet project requirements.
- Act as a liaison with customers for all installation-related activities and oversee communication with stakeholders.
- Handle project modifications, implement corrective measures, and revise project plans and documentation.
- Finalize and disseminate project installation reports and execute project closure.
- Develop and oversee installation site management documents, including organizational charts and contact details.
- Identify project risks related to safety, quality, cost, and schedule.
- Guide, mentor, train, and develop project teams, promoting team communication and defining roles and responsibilities.
- Minimum of 1-2 years' experience in project management and overseeing a team of Field Service Engineers.
- Ability to read electrical schematics and blueprints, and diagnose and troubleshoot electromechanical devices.
- Experience with products such as motors, multimeters, proximity sensors, and conveyor belts.
- Proven experience with customer interaction.
- Associate's degree in electrical/mechanical engineering, a Technical School Certification, or a Military Certification.
- Project management skills and time management skills.
- Leadership skills and daily customer service interactions.
- Mechanical/electrical understanding and ability to use unique tools for installation.
- Familiarity with the operation and maintenance of equipment like stockers, conveyors, AGVs, and OHT systems.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Programs, including Excel and MS Project.
- Bilingual - English and Japanese preferred.
