General Job Description
The company is seeking an experienced, professional Project Manager . This role works closely with clients to understand and manage expectations while ensuring projects are delivered successfully. Candidates must thrive in a fast-paced, challenging environment and demonstrate strong time management and problem-solving skills. The ideal individual is self-motivated, independent, and skilled in relationship management. This position requires ownership of processes, the ability to identify effective solutions to complex problems, and flexibility to pivot when priorities shift.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day aspects of projects from initiation to completion
- Establish, maintain, monitor, and execute project milestones on time and within budget
- Oversee resource allocation across multiple projects, balancing shared resource constraints
- Review quality of work completed by the Design and Engineering team to ensure project standards are met
- Engage and manage third-party resources as needed to support project objectives
- Guide, mentor, and coach project engineers for both project success and professional growth
- Develop and review engineering drawings and specifications for prefabricated products
- Provide guidance on procurement of specialized equipment and materials
- Work independently to complete daily tasks while setting and achieving long-range goals
- Collaborate in a team environment by coordinating with supervisors and management, responding to requests for information in a timely manner
- Support organizational initiatives, such as implementing policies, procedures, and processes
- Produce accurate, professional documentation in a timely manner
- Plan project timelines using calendars, schedules, and project management tools
- Maintain electronic and hard copy files in an organized manner
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Project Manager in construction management, architecture, civil engineering, or a related field
- Bachelors degree
OR - At least 5 years of combined relevant work experience and higher education, including:
- 1 year of project/program management experience
- 3 years of directly related work experience
Additional Requirements:
- Fluency in English with strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship management skills
- Ability to learn new technologies and techniques quickly
- U.S. citizenship
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with 3D software such as SolidWorks or AutoCAD
- Familiarity with Procore
- Experience in technical and proposal writing
- Background in government contracts
- Project management experience in structural steel and industrial fabrication
Expectations

- Willingness to work additional or irregular hours as required (within local regulations)

- Understand the role in safeguarding organizational and client assets
Physical Requirements / Work Environment
This position involves moderate physical activity, primarily in an office environment, with occasional visits to manufacturing facilities or jobsites. The role includes working at a computer, frequent use of the telephone, and participating in meetings with colleagues, clients, and vendors. Site visits may involve handling materials and exposure to noise, dust, fumes, and odors.
Compensation
$100,000 $125,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.
