Robotic Welder Operator Job Description Join our team as a Robotic Welder Operator on the 1st shift. You will work with existing programs, edit them, and use a teach pendant to accurately center the robot. This role requires proficiency in blueprint reading and an understanding of welding operations, including checking fixtures. Experience with sheet metal and job shop environments is essential, and programming skills are a plus. Responsibilities Operate and edit robotic welding programs. Utilize a teach pendant to ensure accurate robot alignment. Read and interpret blueprints effectively. Understand and execute welding operations efficiently. Perform fixture checks to maintain quality standards. Apply sheet metal and job shop experience to daily tasks. Essential Skills Proficiency in welding and blueprint reading. Experience in fabrication and robotic operations, particularly with Fanuc robotics. Ability to operate as a weld operator and robot welder using Mig and Tig techniques. Additional Skills & Qualifications Robotic welding expertise, particularly with Fanuc systems. Experience in a job shop setting. Ability to check fixtures effectively. Why Work Here?
