Spinnaker SCA, a Publicis Sapient company, is looking for a Senior Consultant or Architect to join our connected planning & fulfillment solutions with deep expertise across the Blue Yonder Retail Planning suite.
This role is ideal for a functional or technical leader with a strong track record of driving end-to-end retail planning implementationsincluding Enterprise Planning, Merchandise Financial Planning, Allocation, Replenishment, and more. You'll work directly with global clients, helping them connect strategy to shelf through better planning, better visibility, and smarter execution.

Required qualifications
Here's what you need to bring to the table:
A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field is required. Equivalent experience includes a proven track record of skills, professional accomplishments, or training related to the role.
5-7+ years of experience delivering retail-focused supply chain planning solutions
At least 2-3 full lifecycle implementations of Blue Yonder Retail Planning tools, such as:
Enterprise Planning
Merchandise Financial Planning
Assortment Planning
Allocation & Replenishment
Size Scaling
Floor & Space Planning
Demonstrated ability to facilitate requirements gathering, design sessions, testing, training, and deployment
Strong understanding of best practices in retail merchandising, planning, and execution
Comfort mapping business processes to software configurations and documenting solution specs clearly
Experience with Microsoft Office 365 suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint) for documentation and collaboration
Experience that's a plus
You'll stand out if you also bring experience with:
Exposure to data platforms such as Snowflake or cloud ecosystems like Microsoft Azure
Familiarity with Blue Yonder solution architecture and technical integrations
Experience working with global retail or CPG clients across multiple merchandising categories
Strong stakeholder management and comfort presenting to client executives
What you'll actually do
Lead or co-lead the design, optimization, and implementation of Blue Yonder Retail Planning solutions
Act as the functional or technical liaison for clients, managing project stakeholders, super users, and technical teams
Apply your industry knowledge to uncover and align business requirements to Blue Yonder solution capabilities
Document solution design specifications to drive aligned configuration, build, and testing
Manage system integration, support UAT and deployment, and ensure a seamless client transition to go-live
Identify requirements that may fall outside of scope or standard solution capabilitiesand help shape resolution paths
Deliver business value within project timelines, scope, and quality expectations

Pay Range: $90,000-230,000 USD + Bonus
