General Laborer

We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking General Laborer to join our team in Williamson, NY! The ideal candidate will assist with various tasks to ensure our client's operations run smoothly and efficiently. If you have physical stamina, good attention to detail, and a willingness to learn, this will be a great fit for you! The schedule is a rotating 2-2-3 schedule: 6a-6p OR 6p-6a Key Responsibilities:

• Load apple pouches and cups onto the production line
• Perform quality checks on apple products
• Package products as they come down the production line
• Perform general cleaning of the production line using water and/or air
• Load boxes onto the production line
• Ensure apples are meeting quality standards
• Package apple products into boxes

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Must be able to pass a drug screen and background check
• Must be able to stand for prolonged periods of time
• Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team
• Good work ethic and reliability

Responsibilities

• Assisting with various physical and manual labor tasks
• Assist on assembly lines, setting up lines, packaging products or performing quality control tasks
• Recording production data (any defects found during production)
• Adhere to product standards and sanitary standards

The essential functions of this role include:

working in a smoke free environment

wearing steel toe shoes

manual lifting up to 50lbs

standing for 11 hours at one time

working up to 18 hrs of overtime per week

working weekends
