A well-established commercial drywall contractor with over a decade of proven success is looking for an experienced Drywall Project Manager/Estimator to join their team. What You’ll Do

• Manage drywall projects from pre-construction through closeout

• Prepare and submit accurate estimates using On-Screen Takeoff and Quick Bid

• Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and field teams to ensure smooth project execution

• Track budgets, schedules, and resources to deliver projects on time and within budget

• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, codes, and quality standards

What You Bring

• 5+ years of experience in commercial drywall project management & estimating

• Proficiency in On-Screen Takeoff and Quick Bid (required)

• Strong ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical documents

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills

• Knowledge of construction codes, regulations, and industry best practices

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field preferred
