Handyman, Skilled Painter

We are a small business in Richmond, Virginia seeking experienced Handymen to work for himself/themselves on various projects.

This person must have his own tools and transportation to and from jobs. Jobs include just about anything that will fall into the Handyman category. We are looking for honest people who can work full or part-time on his/her schedule.

Various projects Include-

Cleaning and sealing wood decks and fences, (We prefer people who can spray-seal decks and fences who have their own equipment), Garage-floor epoxy finishing, Painting, Drywall repair, Siding repair, Garbage-disposal installation, Installation of light fixtures, Ceiling fan installation, proficient with some Carpentry, Installation of Floating-floor systems. Installation of outdoor play equipment, Ceiling-Tile Installation, Grab-bar Installation. Write back with items you are best at and prefer doing.

Pay per project. Some projects you may review beforehand and provide an estimate, but pricing on some are already set. Any project should command a minimum of $35 per hour and can be as much as $100, depending on the project. Paid by Cash app, Venmo, Zelle. All Contractors 1099.

Must be good with people and must have their own tools.
