On Demand Laborer For Furniture pickup/drop off and cleaning

We are looking for a trustworthy person to assist in delivery and pickup or furniture as well as help clean them and make them market-ready.

Pay : $18-$20 per hour

Start part-time

Key Responsibilities:

Loading & Unloading (60% of time):

Safely and efficiently load furniture onto and off of delivery truck.

Carefully handle a wide variety of furniture items (sofas, tables, dressers, mattresses, etc.) using proper lifting techniques and equipment like dollies and moving straps to prevent damage and injury.

Assist in organizing the storage unit for optimal storage and easy access to inventory.

Furniture Cleaning & Care (30% of time):

Perform detailed cleaning and sanitization of furniture according to our company's standards and checklists.

Tasks may include vacuuming, wiping surfaces, polishing wood, treating fabrics with appropriate cleaners, and deodorizing.

Identify any minor issues (e.g., loose screws, small scratches) and report them to the team lead.

General Duties (10% of time):

Assist with local furniture deliveries, ensuring safe transport and professional placement in customers' homes.

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in the warehouse and truck.

Provide excellent customer service during deliveries, representing our brand positively.

Perform pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections.
