We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Welder. The ideal candidate will be proficient in various welding techniques and able to interpret blueprints and technical documents to produce high-quality, durable welds. This role is crucial for our fabrication and assembly processes, ensuring all products meet strict quality and safety standards.

Responsibilities:
Study and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications to determine welding requirements and procedures.
Cut, grind, and clean metal surfaces and components in preparation for welding.
Operate manual and semi-automatic welding equipment, including MIG, TIG, and arc welders, to join metal parts in various positions (flat, vertical, overhead, etc.).
Conduct inspections on completed welds to ensure they meet project specifications and industry standards, and identify and repair any flaws or defects.
Perform routine maintenance and calibration on welding equipment and tools to ensure optimal performance and safety.
Adhere to all company and industry safety protocols and procedures, including the proper use of protective gear.
Work effectively with engineers, fabricators, and other team members to meet project deadlines and goals.
Diagnose and resolve issues that arise during the welding process.

Working hours: 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Skills:
Holding a valid welding certification.
Experience welding various materials, including steel, aluminum, and stainless steel.
Familiarity with specialized equipment, such as plasma cutters and angle grinders.
Strong problem-solving skills and an ability to think critically to overcome unexpected challenges.

Education:
High School

4-7 years

Qualifications:
Minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience as a welder in a fabrication or industrial setting.
Strong ability to read and interpret complex technical documents, blueprints, and drawings.
Skilled in multiple welding processes, including MIG (GMAW), TIG (GTAW), and Stick (SMAW) welding.
Ability to stand for extended periods, lift heavy materials (up to 50 pounds), and work in a variety of physical positions and environments.
In-depth knowledge of safety standards, practices, and procedures related to welding.
Excellent hand-eye coordination and a steady hand for precise work.
