*Interior Repair the drywall throughout the house TV mount ceiling random holes
*Living room install a 1 inch blind
*Living room replace broken outlet cover
*Living room replace ceiling fan
*Dining room replace ceiling fan with a flush mount
*Kitchen replace garbage disposal
*Kitchen microwave bulb is needed
*Kitchen needs 2 lightbulbs
*Kitchen pull out sprayer that is damaged and leaks from the base replace kitchen faucet
*Kitchen replaced cover plate thats broken
*Kitchen paint under the sink the base
*Kitchen paint the front of all kitchen cabinets
*Laundry room missing interior knob, lever
*Laundry room need caps for valves
*Laundry room, cold water side leaking from the valve possibly will need to repair the sheet rock as well
*Upstairs hallway, smoke detector consistently chirping may need batteries
