Landscape Construction Foreman

Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated Landscape Construction Foreman to join our team. In this pivotal role you will complete quality installation of rock work, drainage systems, retaining walls, paver patios, soil, sod, trellises, water features, etc. Work outside 5-6 days per week in various weather conditions. Lead a crew of 2-3 team members, delegating work to maximize productivity and complete projects within budgeted hours. Complete required daily paperwork to document manhours and materials used.

Skills:

Have physical fitness and stamina to work in various weather conditions for 8-10 hours per day and lift 50 lbs
Must be at least 18 years old
Have reliable transportation
Have a valid drivers license with a clean driving record
Strong communication skills
Verifiable experience as a landscape construction foreman
Speak Spanish and English
