ElectricianReports to: Electric ManagerHours: Monday thru Friday, with on-call and weekend rotationPay: Up to $150,000 AnnuallyElectrician Position Summary: The Electrician position includes the troubleshooting, maintenance and repair of electrical systems and components. Electricians must be able to provide repair or replacement options to customers and install new equipment.Electrician Job Duties and Responsibilities:Plan new or modified installations to minimize waste of materials, provide access for future maintenance, and avoid unsightly, hazardous, and unreliable wiring, consistent with specifications and local electrical codesMeasure, cut, bend, thread, assemble, and install electrical conduitPull wiring through conduitSplice wires by stripping insulation from terminal leads, twisting wires together, and applying tape or terminal capsInstall control and distribution apparatus such as switches, relays, and circuit-breaker panelsConnect power cables to equipment, such as electric range or motor, and install grounding leadsTest continuity of circuit to ensure electrical compatibility and safety of components with testing instruments such as ohmmeter, battery and buzzerTroubleshoot various customer issues and determine necessary corrections and upgrades using circuit tracer, meters etc.Observe functioning of installed equipment or system to detect hazards and need for adjustments, relocation, or replacementRepair faulty equipment or systemsAbility to suggest necessary upgrades or sales opportunities and cross-sell other divisionsKnowledge and offering of payment assistance through financing of service costsAdditional duties as assignedElectrician Qualifications:OSHA 10-Hour CertificationStrong verbal and written communication skillsDetail oriented and customer service focusedValid Driver's License with clean driving recordWillingness and ability to work nights and weekends2-3 Years of field experience Electrical License is a plus!Willingness and ability to work evenings and weekendsWillingness and ability to learn and attend classes for professional advancementElectrician Benefits:Health Insurance available on day oneDental & Vision InsuranceSupplemental AFLAC Insurance Options401(k) Plan with Company MatchCompany provided iPhone and tabletCompany provided vehicle with fuel packagePaid Time Off (PTO)Paid HolidaysCompany-[provided uniformsCompany-provided Life InsuranceEmployee discounts on company-provided servicesOn-site training facility for continuous employee developmentAdditional commission opportunities availableTuition Reimbursement
