We're seeking a Project Manager to join our team and lead the day-to-day execution of exceptional, design-driven projects. About the Role: The Project Manager serves as the central point of coordination in the field ensuring plans are executed faithfully, subcontractors are aligned, and challenges are resolved quickly without compromising quality or design intent. This role requires proactive oversight of schedules, trades, and details, as well as clear communication with architects, clients, and the Lopes Carpentry team. Our projects take us from Southern New Hampshire to Boston, with the majority located on the North Shore. Candidates should be comfortable with travel within this region. Responsibilities: Provide daily oversight of construction plans, verifying adherence to design intent. Manage and coordinate subcontractors to ensure quality, safety, and timely execution. Identify and address issues as they arise in the field, offering solutions to keep work on track. Monitor project schedules and progress, adjusting as necessary to maintain momentum. Communicate regularly with architects, clients, and internal teams to provide updates and resolve concerns. Conduct site meetings, enforce quality control, and ensure all work meets project standards. Support final stages of project delivery, including punch lists and turnover. Qualifications: 7+ years of project management or supervisory experience in construction (high-end residential and/or mixed-use strongly preferred). Strong understanding of construction drawings, building codes, and field coordination. Proven track record of managing multiple trades in complex, detail-oriented projects. Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to make decisions in real time. Highly organized, with strong communication and leadership abilities. CSL or other construction license preferred.
