Structural Welder - Paying up to $28/hr! Job Description Join a team with over 20 years of experience in fabricating and erecting a wide array of products, including steel stairs, framing and decking, railings, fences, and custom design parts. We are seeking a skilled Structural Welder to contribute to our diverse range of projects. Responsibilities Perform structural welding on steel beams and columns. Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and welding symbols. Use Shielded Metal Arc Welding (SMAW) or Flux-Cored Arc Welding (FCAW) techniques. Inspect welds for accuracy and quality. Maintain a clean and safe working environment. Essential Skills Minimum of 3 years of experience in structural welding/fitting. Experience with welding on structural steel. Ability to read blueprints and schematics. Proficiency in using a welding helmet and steel-toed boots. Additional Skills & Qualifications Experience with blueprint reading, structure, grinding, sheet metal, and mild steel. Proficiency in using tape measures and flux core techniques. Why Work Here?
