Heavy Equipment Operator - Interviewing Now!! Position Overview: As a Heavy Equipment Operator, you will be responsible for operating excavators and dozers to perform site grading, trenching, and earthmoving tasks on commercial construction sites. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of site plans, safety protocols, and equipment maintenance. Key Responsibilities: Operate excavators and dozers to perform site preparation, grading, and excavation. Read and interpret site plans and grade stakes. Perform routine maintenance and safety checks on equipment. Work collaboratively with site supervisors and other crew members. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies. Maintain accurate records of work performed and equipment usage. Qualifications: Minimum 3 years of experience operating excavators and dozers in a commercial construction setting. Familiarity with GPS grading systems is a plus. Ability to read and understand construction plans and specifications. Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety. Valid driver's license; CDL preferred but not required. Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions and lift up to 50 lbs. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $35.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
