Construction Project Manager!

Direct Hire:
Full-time Opportunity
Location:
Aurora, CO (Onsite)
Pay:
$40 - $60 per hour, depending on experience
Responsibilities
Manage all phases of construction projects including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and execution.
Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure timely project delivery.
Monitor project progress, resolve issues, and proactively manage risks.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and contract requirements.
Prepare and present project reports, schedules, and cost updates.
Serve as the primary point of contact for project communication and client relations.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of progressive experience in planning, design, and construction.
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
Preferred:
Master's degree in a relevant field.
At least 1 year of experience working in healthcare planning, design, and construction.
