Candidates should be customer service-oriented, task-focused, diligent, versatile, and efficient. Our fast-paced, dynamic environment requires the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Responsibilities Develop technical drawings throughout all phases of a project. Provide experiential and technical knowledge to solve design and construction issues. Communicate priorities to both internal and external project teams. Ensure quality for work products. Develop and enforce CAD/Revit standards. Assist the Principal in preparing project schedules and implementing the project work plan. Interact with outside consultants and agencies. Work collaboratively with a team on larger projects. Essential Skills Architectural degree from an accredited university. 7 to 10 years of experience in production and coordination of documents in all phases of architectural practice. Experience in construction is a must. Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD software. Experience in Commercial, Healthcare, and Industrial projects. Multifamily experience is a plus. Ability to work on multiple projects and phases simultaneously. Advanced knowledge and understanding of CAD and Revit software. Proficient in development and documentation standards for design and construction drawings.
