Construction Manager 5

Location: Cheyenne, WY

Salary Range: $90/hr to $100/hr on W2

We are seeking a skilled and experienced individual to join our team as a Construction Manager 5. This role is crucial in ensuring the successful execution of construction projects through effective management and engineering expertise.

• Should have Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering
• 10 years of experience in the Data Center Construction Industry
• Minimum 4 years of experience working directly on construction projects, with some experience on a construction site
• Experience with Natural Gas Piping, Plumbing, and Mechanical air systems/equipment
• Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2

• Experience as a Construction Project Manager
• Experience working with equipment vendors
• Familiarity with EPMS, Client, and Controls

• Interpret engineering drawings and verify adherence to quality standards
• Read construction drawings to ensure field installations meet specifications
• Evaluate data and write reports on construction document standards
• Verify installation of piping, utilities, and mechanical components
• Support the writing of non-conformance letters for quality issues
