Note: The hourly rate for this position is $18 - $25 / hour. This range is a good-faith estimate based on factors such as relevant skills, experience, education, training, geographic location and other considerations permitted by law. Responsibilities:

• Performs all types of industrial commercial painting work and surface preparation
• Prepares various surfaces for painting by washing, scraping, power wash, remove old caulking and caulk and prepare to paint the wall
• Perform work with strict company and regulatory safety procedures at all times
• Nature & Scope: 100% travel for extended periods of time Work as an Independent Contractor or as an employee
• Read blueprints/instructions and examine surfaces to determine the kind and amount of work necessary for each job
• Properly prep each job
• Prepare walls and other surfaces for painting by removing old material if necessary, filling cracks and holes with appropriate material, and creating a smooth base for painting
• Mix paint and other materials to prepare the right color or texture
• Paint surfaces according to instructions with various tools
• Clean up/dispose of worksite debris daily
• Must execute each job in a timely and professional manner while complying with regulations, standards, safety policies and procedures

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of exterior spray painter experience
• Prior scissor and boom lift experience
• The ability to Lift up to 25+ lbs repeatedly
• Ability to climb ladders and work at height (up to 40')
• Must have experience prepping a large commercial job, using a lift, and spraying drywall
• Must be able to maintain positive relationships with our team, contractors, suppliers and customers
• Ability to work days
• Solid knowledge and previous experience with commercial and construction painting techniques
• Conscientious with great attention to detail
