The selected candidate will perform various contract administration functions across a spectrum of actions associated with proposals, contract award, and all phases of the contract lifecycle. The selected candidate will be an individual contributor and must be able to succeed while working independently with general supervision. JOB DUTIES Administer, review, negotiate, and terminate standard and nonstandard contracts, task orders, and modifications that are of a variety of types and complexity (FFP, CPFF, T&M, etc.) Provide proposal preparation support Serve as primary point of contact for all phases of contract administration with internal and external stakeholders in accordance with company policies, legal and regulatory requirements, and customer specifications. Work under general supervision to develop solutions to both routine and complex contractual matters to ensure company compliance with contract requirements and make recommendations to management. Review contract terms and conditions to identify and assess risks related to financial provisions, acceptance criteria, delivery requirements, warranties, intellectual property rights, termination clauses, and indemnification. Recommend and negotiate risk mitigation strategies to protect the organization's interests. Prepare contract briefs and summaries, maintain well-organized contract files, and monitor contractual performance for compliance Perform contract closeout, extension, and renewal activities. Ensure timely submission of all contractual deliverables (CDRLs), data calls and reporting requirements. Collaborate with program managers, technical leads, and business development to ensure accurate cost proposals Ensure all pricing and proposal submissions are compliant with solicitation requirements and company policies Review, negotiate and execute Nondisclosure Agreements (NDAs) and Teaming Agreements (TAs) in accordance with company policies Support audits requested by Government agencies or Prime Contractors. Required Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree Minimum of 6 years of contract administration experience to include the following: Working knowledge of Government contracting, proposal, and negotiation processes Working knowledge of Government regulations, FAR/DFARS, and other agency supplements US Citizenship required Intermediate to advanced proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Word) Ability to own work product development and demonstrate initiative and accountability for assigned task areas, effectively coordinating with team members across various organizations Ability to work independently within a team environment and with a customer service focus Strong research, analytical, and problem-solving skills Strong organizational skills with ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment Ability to interact effectively, including excellent verbal and written communication skills, with people at all organizational levels of both the client and within Thompson Gray Preferred Qualifications: Relevant industry certification, such as NCMA CFCM, CPCM, etc. Experience with pricing proposals and cost analyses Thompson Gray is an Equal Opportunity Employer and VEVRAA Federal Contractor.
