Location: Pensacola, FL

Job Type: Full-Time / Project-Based

Pay: Based on Experience

Job Overview:

CCS Construction Staffing is hiring experienced HVAC Mechanics for a new construction project in Pensacola, FL. The building is now under roof, and work will focus heavily on hanging and installing ductwork.

Work Scope Includes:

• Hanging and installing sheet metal ductwork (rectangular, spiral, flex)

• Installing hangers, supports, grilles, and curbs

• Reading and interpreting mechanical blueprints and layouts

• Sealing, insulating, and securing duct systems to ensure proper performance

• Maintaining a safe and clean jobsite during active new construction

Requirements:

• Minimum 3-5 years of commercial HVAC experience

• Strong skills in duct installation and layout reading

• Must have own tools and full PPE (hard hat, safety vest, gloves, glasses, boots)

• Reliable transportation and consistent attendance

• Ability to work independently or as part of a team and follow direction
