Pay: $25-$33/HR

General Purpose:

Have good understanding (3-5 years) on how plumbing systems work and how to build, maintain, and repair piping systems such as water lines, drain lines, compressed air lines, and nitrogen lines.

Requirements:

• Plumbing Troubleshoot and repair
• 3-5 years plumbing/pipefitting experience
• Copper pipe, PVC, CPVC, Polybutylene, Cast iron, Caron Steel, Knowledge
• Plumbing Apprentice license preferred

Responsibilities:

• Responds to service calls and in-house repairs throughout the facility.
• Ensures plumbing, sewer, water, electrical and mechanical systems are functional
• Install new piping systems
• Troubleshoots, responds to work orders, repairs systems and equipment.
• Maintaining and repairing piping systems
• Replace Faulty pipes, fixtures, valves, plumbing components, and more
• Troubleshoot leakage, clog, low pressure of water supply systems
• Build, Maintain an d repair piping systems such as water lines, drain lines, compressed air lines, nitrogen lines
• Tests faulty equipment and applies knowledge of functional operation of electronic units and systems to diagnose cause of malfunction.
• Replaces defective components and wiring and adjusts mechanical parts.
• Aligns, adjusts and calibrates equipment according to specifications.
• Calibrates testing instruments.
• Oversees emergency system backup.
