Commercial Construction Project Manager / Superintendent ( Operations Leadership Track )

Responsibilities:

• Oversee all phases of commercial construction projects, from planning to closeout, ensuring completion within budget, on schedule, and to the highest quality standards.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously (e.g., $0.5M–$10M in value, including ground-up builds and renovations) across retail, medical, office, or industrial developments.
• Lead subcontractors, vendors, and site teams, enforcing schedules, safety protocols, and compliance with plans, specifications, and local building codes.
• As needed, conduct hands-on site inspections as a Superintendent to verify craftsmanship and resolve issues in real time.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and stakeholders to align project goals and address challenges.
• Maintain detailed daily reports and provide regular updates to clients and internal leadership.
• Develop and implement scalable operational processes to enhance efficiency and support company growth.
• Mentor junior superintendents and site staff, fostering a culture of accountability and excellence.
• Champion safety programs to ensure a secure work environment.

Required Skills:

• 7+ years of experience in commercial construction, with at least 3 years each as a Project Manager and a Superintendent on both ground-up builds and renovations.
• Proven ability to manage complex projects ($0.5M–$10M) with strong budgeting and cost-control skills.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications.
• In-depth knowledge of construction methods, materials, and local building codes.
• Expertise in construction management software (e.g., Procore, Microsoft Project, Bluebeam) and scheduling tools.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, with a knack for mentoring teams.
• OSHA 30 certification and comprehensive understanding of safety regulations.
• Degree in construction management, engineering, or related field preferred, but equivalent experience accepted.
• Strategic mindset with the ability to develop processes and drive operational improvements.

Salary and Benefits:

• Salary: $100,000–$135,000, commensurate with experience
