Job Type: Full-Time / Project-Based

Pay: Based on Experience

Job Overview:

CCS Construction Staffing is hiring experienced HVAC Mechanics for a commercial project in Gainesville, FL. Candidates must be skilled in installing and hanging ductwork, and able to work independently while following safety and installation standards.

Work Scope Includes:

• Installing and hanging sheet metal ductwork (square and spiral)

• Setting units, grilles, and hangers

• Reading and interpreting blueprints or layout drawings

• Sealing and insulating ductwork as required

• Maintaining safety and cleanliness on the jobsite

Requirements:

• Minimum 3-5 years of HVAC installation experience

• Must have own hand tools and be fully PPE compliant (hard hat, vest, gloves, glasses, boots)

• Ability to follow direction and read mechanical drawings

• Reliable transportation and jobsite punctuality

• Strong communication and teamwork skills
