**Job Title:**Fabrication Saw Operator\

**Location:**Harper Industries Harper, KS\

**Schedule:**Full-time, MondayFriday, 6:00 AM2:30 PM (some overtime as

needed)

**About the Role:**\

We\'re looking for a detail-oriented, safety-minded individual to join

our team as a Fabrication Saw Operator. In this role, you\'ll be

responsible for accurately measuring, cutting, and preparing raw

materials for production using a CNC-controlled band saw and other

fabrication tools. This position is a key part of our manufacturing

process and requires precision, consistency, and a commitment to

quality.

**What Youll Do:**

- Operate a CNC-controlled band saw and other cutting equipment to

process raw materials

- Measure and mark materials accurately based on job specifications

and drawings

- Perform routine maintenance checks and ensure saws and work areas

are clean and safe

- Follow production schedules and prioritize cuts to support

downstream fabrication teams

- Assist with material handling and organization of inventory

- Monitor quality and report any inconsistencies or defects to the

supervisor

- Follow all company safety procedures and wear appropriate PPE at all

times

**What Were Looking For:**

- Prior experience operating saws in a manufacturing or fabrication

environment preferred, but not requiredwere willing to train the

right person

- Ability to read a tape measure and interpret simple blueprints or

cut lists

- Good hand-eye coordination and attention to detail

- Reliable work ethic and strong attendance record

- Comfortable working on your feet and consistently lifting up to 50

lbs, and occasionally 80+ lbs

- Must pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening
