Looking for a reliable skilled handyman for long term ongoing work

Established commercial business and busy executive looking for a reliable and skilled handyman to maintain 20,000 SF commercial office building in West Palm Beach and residential house in Parkland.

For the right person, this is very long term, consistent work every month. Its not full time, but every week and every month there are tasks that require attention at both commercial building and residential house. We also have multiple remodel long term projects ongoing as well at both properties.

Skills required:

Light electrical, switches, lights, blubs, outlets
Light plumbing
Wood working, molding, baseboards, doors, frames
Basic landscaping maintained
Sprinkler head repairs
Hang items on walls, pictures, frames, tvs etc
Painting
Carpet tile cut and glue down
Carpet Shampoo and clean
Replace door locks
Lock repairs
Light wiring
Tile and floor repair or install
and dozens of other general handyman tasks

You must:

1) Have your own reliable transportation
2) Must show up on time and/or provide estimated time of arrival
3) Must be organized and communicate well
4) Must have your own tools
5) Must be able to purchase small supplies and materials at Home depot, Lowes or other supply stores with your own money and we will reimburse you.
