Rain Gutter Installer NEEDED ASAP

I am looking for a rain gutter helper/installer.
Im about to be very busy and need help. Im tired of call ins from my current guy and need someone who wants to be on time and learn a very lucrative trade.
You must have a car. I dont hire alcoholics or stoners.
Everyone is unemployed for a reason. You hate being told what to do? Dont work here. You lack common sense and are a 40 year old child? Dont work here.
Cutting grass is way easier than learning a trade.
I dont hire fat people(7) or women. Just being real, have you ever interacted with a woman? They are crazy and fat people are lazy. I need someone who is hungry.
This is a very easy job, a little ladder climbing? Yes.
Attention to detail? Yes.
$20/hr to start. If you apply yourself, in a month you could be making $100/hour.
