HVAC Technician - 1st Shift**
**Job Description**
Join our team as an HVAC Technician on the 1st Shift, working from 6:00 AM to 3:00 PM, Monday through Friday. In this role, you will perform diversified installation, operation, inspection, preventive maintenance, and repair duties for heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration equipment.
**Responsibilities**
+ Receive work orders and coordinate tasks to fit the daily schedule assigned by the department director or designee.
+ Maintain the facilities' heating, ventilation, air conditioning, refrigeration, and related control systems.
+ Respond to emergency calls from facility departments requesting immediate assistance for HVAC and refrigeration issues.
+ Perform preventive maintenance on assigned equipment and report deficiencies.
+ Coordinate repairs to HVAC systems with other departments.
+ Install air conditioning, refrigeration, temperature, humidity control systems, and accessories as necessary.
**Essential Skills**
+ HVAC, Electrical, Service, Troubleshooting, Mechanical, Repair, Maintenance Technician.
+ EPA Type IV Universal Certification.
+ Five years HVAC experience within commercial, industrial, or healthcare settings.
+ Refrigeration Technician License.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ Customer Service/Interpersonal Skills.
+ Problem Solving Skills.
+ Contributes to the success of the team.
+ Exhibits professionalism with customers, fellow employees, and others.
+ Two years skilled trade or vocational school.
