Superintendent of Construction**
**Job Description**
Lead and manage the on-site construction team in Yellowstone Park on various projects. Coordinate and oversee all work on site while confidently reading blueprints and other specifications to determine methods of installation, work procedures, and material and tool requirements. Collaborate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to determine project needs. Develop project schedules, including 2-week and 1-month look-ahead plans, and ensure adherence. Maintain records for site personnel, such as daily field reports, photos, field orders, and RFIs. Place orders for materials and keep track of material stock on site. Set performance goals and deadlines, supervise a group of 10-20 workers, and implement safety and quality guidelines.
