Welder Foreman**
**Job Description**
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Welder Foreman to oversee and coordinate welding operations, including field installation projects. The ideal candidate will lead a team of welders, ensuring high-quality workmanship, compliance with safety standards, and the timely completion of custom fabrication and on-site installation tasks.
**Responsibilities**
+ Supervise daily welding and fabrication activities, ensuring adherence to company standards.
+ Review project blueprints and specifications to assign tasks effectively.
+ Train, mentor, and support welders to maintain consistent performance and productivity.
+ Ensure all team members follow safety protocols and OSHA regulations.
+ Inspect completed welds to ensure they meet quality standards and customer requirements.
+ Collaborate with the production team to ensure timelines and budgets are met.
+ Maintain welding equipment and ensure proper usage and maintenance.
**Essential Skills**
+ Previous leadership experience with a good understanding of motivating the team effectively.
+ Technical expertise in welding processes and equipment.
+ Ability to address challenges quickly on the job and communicate clear and concise instructions to the crew.
+ Expertise in various welding techniques (e.g., MIG, TIG, Stick) and materials (e.g., steel, aluminum).
+ Strong understanding of fabrication processes, blueprints, and welding symbols.
**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $38.00/hr.
