Superintendent Job Description We are seeking a Superintendent to oversee onsite construction for hospital remodel projects, OSHPDIII outpatient clinics, and other non-medical projects. The successful candidate will have over 5 years of construction management experience, with at least 2 years dedicated to OSHPD construction projects. This role involves directing all day-to-day onsite construction activities, managing schedules, subcontractors, materials, safety protocols, inspections, RFIs, and submittals. You will represent the owner and design team from the start of the project through project closeout. Responsibilities Oversee onsite construction activities for hospital remodel and outpatient clinic projects. Manage schedules, subcontractors, materials, safety protocols, inspections, RFIs, and submittals. Act as the owner and design team representative throughout the project lifecycle. Ensure client satisfaction and maintain a diplomatic approach to project management. Make informed judgments and quick decisions to advance project progress. Essential Skills 5+ years of construction management experience. 2+ years of OSHPD construction project experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Office. Experience with construction software such as Suretrak, MS Project Manager, Procore, or similar. Exceptional oral and written communication skills. Additional Skills & Qualifications OSHPD experience is a plus. Diplomatic approach to construction project management. Strong dedication to client satisfaction. Business sense and the ability to make sound judgments. Desire to develop and grow professionally. Why Work Here? Job Type & Location This is a Direct Placement position based out of Sacramento, California. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $43.00 - $60.00/hr.
