Salesforce Lead (Architect/Engineer) - INTL India

Brings deep domain knowledge of Development Salesforce architecture and provides solution guidance to the team. This role will be more focused on the Healthcare side

- Must have healthcare experience.

- Needs to be strong with engineering and understand the Architectual design aspects to be able to provide sound decisions with stakeholders (not a greenfield application).

- Lead skills with effective communication

- Around 10 years of experience working with Salesforce and strong ability to provide technical development and Architectual solution/guidance to the team, specifically with Health Cloud

- Experience with apex, LWC, Java and/or JavaScript

- Salesforce Developer certified required and any additional certifications are great!

- Proven ability to design and develop scalable programmatic solutions in an enterprise environment.

- Strong understanding of the platform, with the ability to configure custom objects, formula fields, workflows, custom views, and other content of advanced complexity

- Strong understanding of Salesforce best practices and functionality

- Experience working with the Salesforce APIs and building services to connect Salesforce with other systems.

- Experience developing within a framework and complying with defined standards.

- Effective communication across team, product manager and stakeholders

- Strong experience with Health Cloud

- Strong Data Modeling Experience

- Experience as a Lead
