Audubon is currently seeking an **OT Solutions Supervisor** to join our team. This role will provide technical and leadership oversight for our Operational Technology (OT) and Cybersecurity programs, focusing on industrial networks, control system infrastructure, and digital security for process environments. The OT Solutions Supervisor will directly support the Automation and OT Solutions Manager by managing OT team resources, ensuring project excellence, and mentoring junior engineers and specialists.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

:

- Supervise and develop a high-performing team of OT/Cyber Security engineers and specialists.

- Assist in the assignment, execution, and oversight of project deliverables, including industrial networking, Windows Server environments, virtualization, patch management, domain services, and OT cybersecurity controls.

- Ensure team adherence to Audubons engineering standards and quality assurance procedures.

- Serve as the primary technical contact for OT/Cyber Security project execution, troubleshooting, and system architecture decisions.

- Coordinate scheduling and resource allocation for OT-related scopes on capital projects and managed service agreements.

- Mentor team members to support technical development and career growth.

- Support proposal generation, man-hour estimates, and scope development for OT scopes.

- Interface with clients, vendors, and project stakeholders to ensure alignment of expectations, deliverables, and timelines.

- Help establish and enforce standardized templates, policies, and tools for OT systems.

- Ensure all team members comply with company and client HSSE standards and local regulatory requirements.

- Lead by example in promoting a collaborative and accountable team culture.

- Identify training needs and facilitate continuous improvement across team operations.

- Conduct performance reviews, support hiring efforts, and participate in employee development planning.

- Monitor project risks related to OT systems and help develop mitigation strategies.

Participate in internal audits, cybersecurity assessments, and readiness evaluations.

EXPERIENCE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS

:

- Bachelors Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical discipline (required).

- 10+ years of experience in industrial OT, cybersecurity, or automation system integration.

- Prior experience supervising or mentoring technical staff (preferred).

- Strong working knowledge of:

- - Industrial control systems (PLC, DCS, SCADA)

- Windows Server infrastructure, Active Directory, virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V)

- Industrial network architectures and cybersecurity frameworks (NIST CSF, IEC 62443)

- Familiarity with OT-specific tools for antivirus, backup, patching, and firewall management.

- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and technical resources.

- GICSP, ISA/IEC 62443, CISSP, or equivalent cybersecurity certifications (preferred).
