MIG Welders**
**Job Description**
We are seeking skilled welders to complete custom welding projects for various clients within a timely manner. This role involves utilizing blueprints to weld together pre-built kits and producing parts from sheet metal, plate, bar stock, and aluminum, with a focus on high-quality carbon steel components.
**Responsibilities**
+ Complete custom welding projects within designated timelines for various clients.
+ Utilize blueprints to weld together pre-built kits, ensuring high-quality welded parts.
+ Produce parts from sheet metal, plate, bar stock, and aluminum, primarily using carbon steel.
+ Perform MIG welding for 90% of tasks, with occasional TIG welding as needed.
+ Operate OTC welders to complete projects.
+ Maintain tolerances detailed on blueprints and work from sketches/drawings with guidance.
**Essential Skills**
+ Expertise in MIG welding, with a preference for 4-5 years of experience.
+ Proficiency in reading blueprints.
+ Strong team player with honesty and drive.
+ Ability to build high-quality welded parts from blueprints with a low rejection rate.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ Experience in weld callouts.
+ Knowledge of TIG welding.
**Available Shifts & Pay**
+ 1st shift: 6:30AM - 3:00PM, Monday - Friday
+ 3rd shift: 10:30PM - 7:00AM, Sunday - Thursday
+ $25 - $28 based on experience
