Building Maintenance Mechanic**

**Job Description**

This direct hire position involves maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing the facility to ensure smooth and efficient production operations. The Building Maintenance Mechanic will focus on the safe operation of machinery, tools, and systems, playing a crucial role in minimizing downtime and keeping the facility fully operational.

**Responsibilities**

+ Maintain and repair building facilities, machinery, and equipment to ensure operational efficiency.

+ Troubleshoot and resolve issues with HVAC, plumbing, hydraulics, and facility maintenance systems.

+ Ensure all tools and systems are operating safely and in accordance with operational standards.

+ Collaborate with the Maintenance Supervisor to address maintenance needs and improve facility operations.

**Essential Skills**

+ Proficiency in facility and building maintenance.

+ Experience with HVAC, plumbing, hydraulics, and facility maintenance systems.

+ Ability to troubleshoot and repair mechanical systems.

**Additional Skills & Qualifications**

+ High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or associate degree in a related field preferred.

+ 2+ years of maintenance experience in building maintenance.
