Laborer Job Description Join a full-service concrete company specializing in foundation, flatwork, and decorative work. As a laborer, you will be an integral part of a team that values strong leadership and collaborative efforts. Responsibilities Start the workday around 6 am and continue until completion, typically between 4 pm and 6 pm. Meet at shop at start of the day and carpool to various jobsite locations. Participate in orientation on the first day, which may involve a shorter shift. Perform heavy lifting and physical labor tasks efficiently. Follow instructions accurately with a strong attention to detail. Essential Skills 1-2 years of previous experience in a construction general laborer role. Ability to perform heavy lifting and physical labor tasks. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately. Additional Skills & Qualifications Experience in operating forklifts, gradalls, or other lifts is a plus. Familiarity with blueprints and equipment operation. OSHA 10 certification.
