What Youll Do
Perform precise trim carpentry: install baseboards, crown molding, casing, wainscoting, and other fine finishes.
Installation of custom cabinetry and built-ins.
Read blueprints and work layouts to execute quality installations .
Collaborate with foremen and other trades to ensure seamless project workflow.
Maintain organized job sites and uphold safety standards.

What Were Looking For
Required:
Proven experience as a trim or finish carpenter
Strong tool skills and attention to detail
Ability to interpret plans and perform measurements with accuracy.
Great attitude, reliability, and a strong work ethic.
Preferred:
Experience with high-end millwork or specialty trim.
Ability to work independently and on a team.
Valid drivers license (company vehicle may be available).
