Roofing Repair Technician

4thGen Roofing is looking for a well rounded repair technician, familiar in residential roof repair and maintenance. Looking for an Aplicant with a solid driving record, license is a must. Must speak English, Spanish, English speaking is a plus.

Core Duties, Inspecting roofs: Identifying damage, leaks, and wear and tear. Repairing roofs: Repairing shingles, tile, modified bitumen, TPO , repairing flashing, sealing leaks, and other necessary repairs. Maintaining roofs: Cleaning gutters, roof inspection. Following safety procedures: Adhering to safety regulations and using appropriate personal protective equipment. Documenting work: Keeping records of work performed with photos, materials used, and time spent.

Skills and Qualifications: Experience: Prior experience in roofing repair or construction is a must. Technical skills: Knowledge of different roofing systems and materials, as well as the ability to use hand and power tools. Problem-solving: The ability to identify and resolve issues with different roof systems. Physical fitness: The job requires physical stamina and the ability to work at heights. Communication skills: The ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members. Safety awareness: A strong understanding of safety procedures and the ability to work safely.
