Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and experienced HVAC Technician to install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems for residential and/or commercial clients. The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering excellent customer service.

Responsibilities:

Install, inspect, maintain, and repair HVAC systems including air conditioners, furnaces, ventilation units, and heat pumps.
Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues and perform necessary repairs.
Perform routine preventative maintenance on HVAC systems.
Communicate effectively with customers, providing clear explanations of services and recommendations.
Ensure compliance with all safety standards and building codes.
Keep accurate records of work performed and materials used.

Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; trade school or technical training in HVAC preferred.
Valid HVAC certification (EPA 608 Certification required).
2+ years of hands-on HVAC experience (residential or commercial).
Valid Florida drivers license and clean driving record.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in various weather conditions.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
