Maintenance Technician

Location: Boise, ID

Pay: $29 $35+ per hour (based on experience)

Shifts Available:

+ Day Shift- Sunday- Tuesday and every other Wednesdays 7AM-7 PM

+ Night SHIFT Thursday-Saturday every other Wednesday 7PM-7AM

What Youll Tackle:

+ Diagnose and repair complex mechanical and electrical systems using your deep knowledge and a multimeter in hand.

+ Weld and fabricate custom solutions for repairs and upgrades.

+ Operate and maintain critical systems like DAF , boilers, HVAC , and more.

+ Perform preventive maintenance and troubleshoot PLCs, VFDs, and hydraulic systems.

+ Read and interpret electrical schematics to ensure safe, effective repairs.

+ Train and mentor junior technicians, sharing your knowledge and raising the bar for the whole team.

What You Bring:

+ Proven skills in mechanical repair, welding, electrical systems, and troubleshooting.

+ Experience with PLCs, hydraulics, and preventive maintenance programs.

+ Strong leadership, communication, and time management abilities.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $62400.00 $72800.00/yr.
