Seeking a BIM Modeler to create and manage 3D models of mechanical systems for construction projects. This role involves clash detection, coordination, and documentation using Revit, AutoCAD, and Navisworks.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain BIM models for mechanical systems.

Collaborate with engineers to ensure model accuracy.

Perform clash detection and resolve design conflicts.

Support design reviews, fabrication, and as-built documentation.

Ensure compliance with BIM standards and building codes.

Qualifications

Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Technology, or related field.

2-5 years of BIM experience in mechanical engineering.

Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks, BIM 360.

Knowledge of HVAC, piping, ductwork, and construction documentation.

Skills and Requirements

Develop and maintain accurate 3D models of piping and HVAC systems using AutoCAD MEP, Autoplant 3D, Navisworks, and/or Revit

Coordinate with architectural, structural, and MEP trades to resolve spatial conflicts and ensure constructability.

Produce shop drawings, isometric spool sheets, and material take-offs for field and shop use.

Interpret drawings, specifications, and submittals to accurately model systems.

Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and field teams to support construction and fabrication.

Update models to reflect RFIs, change orders, and site adjustments.

Participate in coordination meetings and ensure models are current and accurate. null
