Warehouse Worker**
**Job Description**
As a Warehouse Worker, you will play a crucial role in verifying the accuracy of part mark stamps and quantities against receipt and shipping paperwork. You will efficiently process transactions electronically using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and stage items on designated carts or racks. Additionally, you will package parts in accordance with Material Handling Guidelines and kitting requirements while maintaining adherence to 5S methodologies in your personal work area. Safety principles are paramount and must be followed diligently.
**Responsibilities**
+ Verify part mark stamps and quantities with receipt/shipping paperwork.
+ Electronically process transactions using WMS and stage items appropriately.
+ Package parts according to Material Handling Guidelines and kitting requirements.
+ Maintain adherence to 5S methodologies in work areas.
+ Follow all safety guidance and principles.
**Essential Skills**
+ Good interpersonal skills.
+ High school diploma or equivalent.
+ 0-2 years of experience, preferably in warehouse settings.
+ Experience using RF (bar-code scan) devices.
+ Assertive communication skills.
+ Ability to resolve order status issues.
+ Capability to multitask under time constraints and in fast-paced environments.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ Leadership experience is a plus.
**Work Environment**
The work schedule includes various shifts: AM/PM with four different shift options, including Sunday to Tuesday and Wednesday to Saturday from 6 AM to 6 PM. The role involves shipping and receiving, picking, and inventory management responsibilities. The environment is dynamic and requires adaptability to stressful and fast-paced situations.
