Job Overview:

CCS Construction Staffing is seeking construction laborers for a project in Pike Road, AL. Laborers will be working directly with mechanics, assisting with various tasks as needed. This role requires strong attention to safety and the ability to follow direction on a busy jobsite.

Work Scope Includes:

• Assisting mechanics with day-to-day tasks

• Moving and organizing materials and tools

• General clean-up and site preparation

• Supporting installation teams as directed

• Maintaining a clean and safe work area

Requirements:

• Must have all standard PPE: hard hat, safety vest, gloves, safety glasses, and work boots

• Must be safety-focused and follow site protocols

• Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform labor-intensive work

• Willingness to take direction and work as part of a team

• Reliable transportation and punctuality required
