Job Overview:

CCS Construction Staffing is hiring experienced HVAC Technicians for a commercial project in Gainesville, FL. The role involves hanging and installing ductwork in a new construction environment. Ideal candidates are dependable, skilled, and ready to work with minimal supervision.

Work Scope Includes:

• Installing and hanging sheet metal ductwork

• Following mechanical drawings and jobsite layout

• Performing layout, assembly, and secure installation of duct systems

• Ensuring quality, safety, and code compliance

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of commercial HVAC experience

• Proficient in ductwork installation (square and spiral)

• Must have own tools and full PPE (hard hat, vest, gloves, glasses, boots)

• Ability to work independently and take direction

• Reliable transportation and punctuality required
